Benjamin is an analyst in the Valuations division at Savills. He works within the Operational Investment Valuations team.

Benjamin joined Savills in April 2022 as an analyst, and is experienced with BTR, Co-Living and PBSA valuations for loan security, development appraisal, and investment purposes.

Prior to working at Savills, Benjamin studied at the University of St Andrews for 5 years, where he under took a MA (Hons) Geography degree at undergraduate level, and a further Master's degree in MLitt Management.  He also has a Real Estate Master's Degree from the University College of Estate Management. for his thesis.
