Sophie joined Savills as a graduate in 2013 and works in the valuation division; specialising in residential development and Investment valuations.
Sophie joined the valuation division in January 2015 and qualified as a chartered surveyor and RICS registered valuer in October 2015. Within the valuation division she undertakes Red Book valuations, primarily for loan security purposes.
Sophie specialises in single unit, residential development and residential Investment valuations. She has also become increasingly involved in undertaking valuations of PRS development sites.
