Craig joined Savills valuation team in 2008, specialising in residential Investment and development valuations. He currently leads a valuation team covering all OCM sectors.
Craig has been in property since 2002 after graduating from Oxford Brookes.
Craig heads the PRS and Student valuation team, working across both the valuation and operational capital markets divisions.
Craigs work is for funds, private banks and major lending sources, for acquisitions, debt review and accounts purposes.
Craig is passionate about bringing forward new talent, being part of the graduate management team and also a RICS assessor for the APC. Craig also sits on the best practice board.
