Andrew Skinner

Andrew has over 20 years experience in providing valuations for banks, property companies, institutions and developers. His main areas of expertise include commercial investments, in particular retail, development and Build to Rent Investments.

His core area of practice is principally in London and the south east and larger properties traded in a national context. Andrew joined Savills in January 2005, prior to this he worked for ATIS Real.

Andrew is HypZert qualified and provides mortgage lending values for Pfandbriefbank banks.
