Ben works in the affordable housing valuation team, which undertakes valuations specifically within the affordable housing sector for accounts, disposal, loan security or stock rationalisation programmes.
Ben works with an equally broad range of clients, such as banks, charities, housing associations, investors and local authorities. Ben also advises clients in respect of healthcare and other specialist properties, including care homes, medical centers and private hospitals. In addition, he also specialises in complex leasehold valuations, including advising charities and registered providers in respect of leasehold social or specialist housing schemes.
