Andy is a chartered surveyor/RICS registered valuer specialising in the valuation of large income producing residential housing portfolios.

Andy joined Savills in 1992 and has since helped to grow the housing division to its current market leading position. He specialises in valuing large residential portfolios, owned by public authorities and housing associations using sophisticated cashflow modelling techniques. He advises both owners and banks and is frequently consulted by government and housing bodies on policy matters.
