Catherine Wilson

Specialising in the valuation of Affordable Housing for Loan Security purposes, through Capital  Markets and traditional funding facilities Catherine is a Bond issue specialist, who also provides valuation advice to over thirty Housing Associations across the UK and their funders. She advises RPs and local authority clients on a wide range of different issues with a focus on refinancing and loan security.

Catherine is responsible for and oversees the smooth running of the national team, encouraging best practice in terms of reporting standards, meeting clients requirements and contributing to the management of the team P&L. At the fore of thought leadership, she often contributes to conferences and seminars on Valuation matters within the sector.
