James is a RICS registered valuer specialising in affordable and social residential valuations.

James joined the housing valuation team in 2018 after graduating from the University of Aberdeen in real estate. He specialises in the valuation of affordable housing for loan security (through bond financing and traditional funding facilities). He also undertakes valuations of social and affordable housing for acquisition and accounts purposes.
