Julian provides residential valuation and consultancy advice to both public and private sector clients including property companies, local authorities and registered providers.
Julian has been part of the London housing valuation team since December 2018. Since this time, he has undertaken a variety of work which has involved the valuation of large residential portfolios for disposal, the valuation of market rented stock, social housing stock and shared ownership properties. He has also valued numerous leasehold units and provided valuation advice in respect of headlease interests.
Julian regularly undertakes accounts and loan security valuations for social and market rented units and provides pricing advice on the disposal or acquisition of property portfolios. He specialises in providing valuation advice in respect of leasehold tenures and enfranchisement premiums.
