Urban Design and Masterplanning

Savills Urban Design Studio delivers places that people value.

We are working with land owners across the UK to successfully promote and allocate sites and secure outline planning permissions. Ranging from the local scale of a small number of dwellings to macro scale masterplans of many 1,000s, our local and regional knowledge is helping deliver exemplar places to live.
