About Cruxton Farm, Poole

Savills Urban Design Studio were instructed by Richborough Estates to prepare a masterplan for 650 dwellings on a highly constrained site north of Poole in Dorset. Promotion material had previously been prepared to facilitate the site’s removal from the green belt. The site had significant heritage constraints with conservation areas contiguous to the eastern and western boundaries. The design team worked closely with the BCP council officers on the preparation of a comprehensive design code for the scheme.
