A number of office floors were becoming vacant and our client, GreenOak Real Estate, needed to reposition the building in the market to attract new quality tenants. An important part of the brief was to improve the connectivity of the floor plate around the existing central atrium.

To do this we installed a new three-storey glazed structural walkway and bridge within the central atrium linking the floor areas to enhance the connectivity and to provide greater flexibility to enable multiple floor splits. Shower and changing facilities were incorporated into the scheme together with a number of external terraces to provide accessible space.
Savills successfully project managed the office refurbishment and floor plate reconfiguration that allowed floors to be leased at premium rents. This refurbishment led to an increase in the investment value and a successful building sale.
J. Leekha, GreenOak Real Estate
We enhanced the configuration of the floor plate and through a comprehensive refurbishment of the vacant office floors and the main entrance hall we were able to reposition the building in the market to attract new tenants. The refurbished floors were successfully leased at premium rents that subsequently led to a successful and profitable building sale by our client.
