Savills was instructed by Trilogy and LaSalle to secure the necessary consents to help them reinvigorate and reposition the dated East India Dock Estate in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Advice was provided to secure permission for the infill and extension of the existing buildings to deliver a total of 500,000 sq ft; for the introduction of a blend of town centre uses to help redefine place; for the removal and re-landscaping of existing car dominated circulation routes to create a new public realm; for the installation of the layout applied vinyl transfer in Europe to drive identity; and for the excavation of Europe’s only 100m outdoor triathlon pool. Savills are retained to advise on phases 3 and 4 of this project.
The Savills planning team has stood at our side as we have reenergised this underperforming business park. The team has responded intelligently and proactively to help us achieve a cascade of programme deadlines associated with the project. We continue to work with Savills across a number of opportunities in London and commend them.
