Savills acted for Prologis on site acquisition, development advice and leasing of what is now known as Prologis Park Heathrow, extending to some 35 acres, and Prologis Park West London, extending to 22 acres.

Having provided general development advice including input into scheme design, layout, and specification on Prologis Park Heathrow, Savills assisted in the marketing and leasing strategy with the three phases of development fully let in 2015 to occupiers including HAL (Heathrow Airport Limited) Adelie Foods, Gate Gourmet and Amazon.
Savills also identified and introduced land nearby on Stockley Park which was purchased by Prologis in 2014, extending to some 22 acres (developable) and provided detailed advice on planning strategy, occupier demand and reports demonstrating employment need culminating in the grant of planning permission for Prologis Park West London.
The scheme comprises 465,000 sq ft with the first phase of development providing two units of 78,780 sq ft and 113,335 sq ft, constructed speculatively and pre-let.
Phase 2 comprised a speculatively developed unit of 152,300 sq ft which was also let pre-practical completion. The final unit, DC4 extending to 105,870 sq ft was let pre practical completion in December 2019.
