Adam Nash

Adam has focused on dilapidations for over 20 years, and was previously the head of the dilapidations service line at a global commercial real estate services firm for 10 years. Adam joined Savills in 2023 to compliment their growing team of like-minded dilapidations specialists.

Adam enjoys complex, multifaceted dilapidations matters that require careful thought to unpick, and enjoys working as part of a diverse team of specialist consultants and advisers. As well as a wide breath of experience in brokering financial settlements at the end of the lease term, he also has specialisms in repairs notices, break situations, pre-lease dilapidations advice and surrenders. Adam has on multiple occasions assisted his client at mediation and been instructed as Expert Witness. He has presented at various RICS dilapidations conferences and roadshows and has been published in the Journal of Building Survey, Appraisal & Valuation.

Adam had a previous career as a building's archaeologist and still has a passion for any building with an interesting past.
