Claire has specific experience in the management of portfolio instructions, particularly in the retail and industrial sectors. Working for both owners and occupiers she has enforced, defended and provided strategic advice on a large number of dilapidations claims on a variety of property types. Claire sits on the RICS Dilapidations Steering Group.
