Lloyd is an associate director within the south east development team, specialising in the disposal and valuation of development land in Kent and the south east.
Lloyd advises on strategic land, negotiating option, promotion, joint venture and hybrid agreements on behalf of landowners with a view to maximising long-term land value. He also markets more immediate land on unconditional or ‘subject to planning’ bases.
He regularly undertakes appraisals of development sites with a view to bringing land to the market, as well as carrying out Red Book valuations for lenders and for the purposes of agreeing option purchase prices. He undertakes financial viability assessments in support of planning applications for developers.
