Mark joined Savills in 1989 when the Sevenoaks office opened. He set up and headed the development team in the south east and now concentrates on client instructions and business development.
Mark specialises in all aspects of residential and mixed development within the south east.
He undertakes development site sales and purchase, provides development consultancy to landowners and developers, and undertakes valuation work for a wide range of lending Institutions.
His breadth of work allows him to provide strategic consultancy to clients where a variety of options exist. He advises in respect of development land promotion including options, conditional contracts and promotion agreements.
As part of his consultancy remit Mark regularly advises clients on the commercial implications of planning and legal agreements and has considerable experience in land assembly and compensation issues.
Mark also takes appointments as an independent expert in development disputes either by one of the parties or as the determining expert under the terms of an agreement.
