Bea Adamson

Bea started her property career at Savills in Sevenoaks after graduating in 2024 from the University of Reading with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate. Bea is working towards her Assessment of Professional Competence.

Bea supports fee earners and directors within the team and is gaining a range of experience including valuation, development consultancy, and agency work.

She primarily assists with carrying out Red Book valuations for lending. She also markets land on unconditional or ‘subject to planning’ bases, as well as strategic land for option and promotion agreements on behalf of landowners with a view to maximising long-term land value.
