We have been the local specialists in rural estate management in Petworth since 1968 and have more recently, however, expanded our residential sales and architecture departments, too. Our focus is local, but we are also the only national estate and letting agents in the area, meaning that we can have conversations with the widest possible audience throughout the county, country and beyond.

Our specialisation in rural estate management has given us the unrivalled knowledge of the market, contact base and experience that best serve your needs. As a result we have enjoyed working with clients over many decades and many projects, since our approach earns us repeat business and long-standing professional relationships.

In an area so rich in beautiful estates and farms, we pride ourselves on offering a bespoke service to the rural community, ensuring the very best outcomes, whether it is the purchase of a cottage or the management of an estate.

We were very lucky that Daniel found us our dream home. Not only did he suggest it (before it was listed online), he answered all of our calls and emails over the months, and helped push it through asap. Communication was always clear as well as friendly. Definitely our top recommendation for someone looking for a property in Sussex. We feel he went above and beyond and we are very grateful.
Mrs Smith
