Ben joined Savills in 2023 as a graduate surveyor in the Rural Management team within Rural and Projects.

Ben completed a degree in Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural University before joining Savills, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2025.

Based in the Petworth office, Ben is a managing agent for a diverse rural portfolio on behalf of an institutional client across the Southeast of England. His responsibilities include the day to day management of rural estates, and delivering strategic property and asset management advice.

Raised in rural Kent and now settled in the South Downs, Ben has a keen interest in rural pursuits, cooking, and skiing.
