Tom joined Savills in 2022 as an apprentice rural surveyor working as a resident agent on a rural estate in West Sussex.

Alongside his day job, Tom studies rural enterprise and land management part-time at Harper Adams University. On completion of this course, he will qualify as a chartered surveyor.

Tom assists with the management of a mixed rural portfolio comprising mainly of agricultural and commercial assets. He also deals with statutory and agreed access over land, and ownership and boundary disputes.

Tom has a keen interest in agriculture and sustainable management of soil and hedgerows. When not in the office, Tom can usually be found racing yachts on the south coast or on a river bank with a rod in hand.
