Iona is a graduate rural surveyor working in the rural management division. Iona joined Savills in 2023 after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Exeter.
Iona first developed an interest in rural management during a summer vacation scheme in the Savills Petworth office in 2022. Following this experience, she applied for and was thrilled to be accepted into the graduate scheme at Savills. Iona graduated with a first-class honours degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter in 2023 and joined Savills shortly thereafter.
In addition to her role at Savills, Iona is pursuing a part-time master's degree at Harper Adams University, with an expected graduation in 2025. She is also working towards her Assessment of Professional Competency (APC) to become a chartered surveyor.
Iona has recently been involved in the re-letting of a complex conservation grazing site and a large Farm Business Tenancy. She organised open site visits and assisted with the tender process for the new tenant. Iona has also worked on achieving vacant possession of properties and liaising with solicitors regarding property sales. As a managing agent, Iona works with both public and private clients.
Iona is a keen runner who enjoys exploring new areas in Sussex by running the trails.
