Alex Davelis

Alex joined Savills in 2023 and works in the Minerals and Waste team having previously worked in the Estate Management discipline.

Alex attended Liverpool John Moores University, where he obtained a 2:1 in Law and Criminal Justice. Before joining Savills, he began his career in property in 2022 after graduating from the University of Law with an LPC postgraduate diploma and worked in the domestic landlord and tenant legal sector, resolving disputes and advising clients on complex leasehold matters. He has since completed a master's in Rural Estate and Land Management at Harper Adams University graduating in 2025.

Alex is based in the Petworth office, where he undertakes a range of professional work for quarry and waste site operators, landlords, and lenders. He covers a range of services such as valuation, agency, and lease consultancy. 

Originally from Shropshire, Alex enjoys a wide range of country pursuits and hiking.
