Alex has been working as part of the Southampton-based Building & Project Consultancy team at Savills since 2007. He originally trained in Bristol with a specialist commercial building surveying firm.
Alex undertakes a range of building surveying services, but specialises in providing advice on dilapidations, party walls and reinstatement costs. He regularly acts as contract administrator and project manager on insurance reinstatement projects across the south of England.
Alex comes from a commercial building surveying background, but since joining Savills has developed his knowledge of residential properties. He now regularly carries out surveys of listed historical properties.
