Steve Newman

Steve is involved in the full range of building surveying services. Steve undertakes building surveys on all building types from modern offices to historic properties. He is frequently appointed to advise on dilapidations matters, acting for either landlord or tenant. He is often asked to fulfil the Project Monitoring role on new developments on behalf of funding Institutions. He designs and manages building projects, including works to listed buildings. Steve undertakes party wall work and is an active member of P&T, an organisation for professionals specialising in party wall matters. He has always had a keen interest in the built environment and building conservation.
