Mark established the Oxford building consultancy team in 2001 and specialises in commercial property.

Mark provides a wide range of technical skills varying from due diligence on the largest Investment transaction of 2013 to advice on smaller historic properties. His particular interests are in technical due diligence (building surveys) and dilapidations.

Prior to joining Savills Mark set up and ran specialist building consultancy teams in Birmingham and the City of London.
