Sarah originally joined Savills in 2007 as a rural surveyor and joined the affordable housing division in 2018. She now specialises in undertaking valuations of social housing portfolios across the country.
After an undergraduate degree in History, Sarah undertook a MSc in Estate Management and qualified as a rural surveyor in 2007. She has worked in the rural sector, the energy sector, the residential sector and now the affordable housing sector. She is a RICS Registered Valuer and is currently working towards her RICS accredited Certificate in Property Finance and Investment. This varied property background means Sarah has a broad understanding of factors affecting her clients.
Sarah undertakes valuations of mixed tenure portfolios of social housing for banks, lending institutions, housing associations and Local Authorities principally for loan security and accounts purposes. She is the Disability representative for the housing D&I group and sits on the Savills UK Disability Group.
Sarah lives near Exeter with her husband, three children and their various pets. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family exploring the Devon countryside and coastline.
