Ruaridh works within OCM’s valuation team, after joining as an analyst in September 2023. He provides a wide range of advice to clients including banks, funds, developers and investors across the UK.
Prior to working at Savills, Ruaridh studied at the University of Glasgow, where he graduated with a First Class MA (SocSci) Honours degree in Economics. Ruaridh is currently undertaking an MSc in Real Estate at the University College of Estate Management along side his current role.
He has experience in providing valuation advice across the BTR, PRS and PBSA sectors for loan security, development appraisal, acquisition and accounts purposes.
When not at work, Ruaridh enjoys running, going to the gym and playing golf. He hopes to compete in the 2025 London marathon and is currently a member of the Savills OCM run club.
