He represents both landlords and occupiers, although has historically favoured occupier clients, acting as a single point of contact for numerous global and national occupiers over his 15 years in the dilapidations field. Mike works primarily across the office and industrial sectors.

Mike's focus is on securing advantageous settlements for his clients, ensuring that meeting their objectives is his primary aim. He is highly pragmatic, knowing when to cut through the minutia to find a straight-forward solution.

Mike works primarily in London and the south east, although has extensive experience advising on dilapidations obligations across Europe and the wider EMEA region.
