Ed combines analysis of market, economic and demographic data with Savills market intelligence to provide data driven answers to client questions about the property market. He specialises in macroeconomic analysis, development advice and geospatial analysis for a wide range of clients, including developers, investors and public bodies. 

In addition to bespoke consultancy, he also works on though leadership publications, as well as presenting regularly at industry events.   

When not crunching data or presenting at events, Ed is likely to be rambling through the Kent countryside, or planning his next music festival.
