Chris has worked in the residential research team since 2011, having joined Savills in 2008 as a rural graduate.
Chris has over 10 years’ experience of working closely with planning, development and affordable housing teams in carrying out research consultancy work for clients and producing research papers for publication.
Working for a range of clients, Chris combines analysis of market and demographic data with Savills market intelligence to find innovative solutions to their questions. He has advised the boards of housebuilders and housing associations, and twice acted as an expert witness.
A major part of his role is keeping abreast of current economic affairs and developments in housing policy, assessing the likely impact on the housing market and development industry. He is instrumental in formulating Savills forecasts for the residential market.
