Lucy Greenwood

Lucy works in the research team focussing on bespoke strategic, development and investment reports for a wide range of clients from landowners and developers to housing associations and the public sector covering a range of markets across the UK.  Her research involves due diligence work for housebuilder M&A’s, prioritising areas for company development strategies, profiling target markets assessing suitable mix and potential absorption rates and the impact of placemaking on values and sales rates on large sites.

In addition she presents at a wide range of events and authors thought-leadership articles and publications.
