Dan joined Savills in 2014 and specialises in loan security valuations of core commercial assets, including offices, logistics and retail, on a national basis, albeit with a primary focus on central London.
Dan started his professional career by completing a placement year working as a business space agent in Lincoln for an independent surveying practice. Upon graduating from Northumbria University in 2011, Dan worked as a valuer in Newcastle-upon-Tyne at a national surveying practice for three years. Dan qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2013 before leaving for Savills in 2014.
Dan has been a committee member of Young Professionals in Real Estate Finance (the young professionals networking group of Commercial Real Estate Finance Council Europe).
