Nina specialises in the valuation of commercial property, principally for loan security purposes.
Upon completing her degree in land economy at Cambridge University, Nina joined the Savills graduate programme in 2008. She gained experience in several departments, to include cross border investment, hotels, lease consultancy and west end office agency, before joining the valuation department in 2010.
Nina has valued a wide range of properties across the UK. These include trophy assets in central London, regional shopping centres and business parks, as well as various portfolios. In 2014 Nina was awarded RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year in the valuation category.
