Charlie is a chartered surveyor with extensive experience in the London residential development and investment markets. He specialises in advising on the sale and acquisition of development opportunities across London, with a particular focus on the living markets.
He acts for a range of clients including national and international investors and developers, PLC housebuilders, institutional funds, banks, private individuals and public bodies.
Charlie lives in Gloucestershire with his wife, two young children, and a cocker spaniel.
