Rob joined the London Residential Development Land team in 2005 and specialises in the acquisition and disposal of residential-led and mixed-use development opportunities. He has led the team since 2023.
With a geographical focus on central, west and southwest London, Rob's agency role frequently requires him to provide strategic consultancy advice, undertake development appraisals, and run cash flows relating to disposal and acquisition strategies, which includes structuring partnerships with both funders and developers to ensure that development is delivered successfully. He has experience of working with a range of clients in both public and private sector including entrepreneurs, regional, national and international investors and developers, property companies, finance institutions, educational institutions, charities and public bodies.
