Tim has extensive knowledge of both development consultancy and land disposal/acquisition agency. He has built up extensive high level contacts with all principal developers and investors active in the London market. He is also actively involved in sourcing overseas investors and developers from South East Asia keen to invest/develop in London. He makes regular trips to Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia promoting suitable opportunities and London clients seeking Capital Partners. He works very closely with Savills Commercial Development, Capital Markets and Cross Border teams.
