Brad is a chartered environmentalist (CEnv) and Full Member of the Institute of Environment & Sustainability Professionals (ISEP). He has sixteen years of experience across the public, private, and voluntary sectors. He specialises in helping real estate investors and asset managers to deliver sustainability, net zero, and environmental strategies at the portfolio and asset levels. Brad focuses on increasing value, reducing risk, and enhancing the sustainability and wellness credentials of building portfolios for occupiers and investors.
Brad is a Director and heads up our Sustainability Consultancy team within the Property Management division, which forms part of our Savills Earth umbrella. He oversees delivery of Sustainability Strategies, Green Building Certifications (e.g. BREEAM; ISO14001; ISO50001; WELL; Fitwel & Asset Reporting as well as our retained advisory services).
Brad's experience enables him to drive impactful guidance and advice that assist in improving the sustainability and ESG performance of building stock across the UK.
