Olivier Garnier

Olivier joined Savills in November 2024. Prior to that, he worked for over 5 years in the Commercial Real Estate sector, leading a UK Strategy & Reporting team for 2 years.  Before that,  Olivier had been working in the Sustainability industry for 10 years, as an Energy Consultant for a Green technology provider and a Sustainability Consultant for energy and Measurement & Verification consultancies.

Olivier has worked with both Investor and Occupier clients to help them deliver ESG strategies, Net Zero and various reporting requirements (e.g. GRESB, PRI, CRREM, EED Article 8). He also has experience in designing and delivering in-house corporate ESG programmes. He is an ISEP Full Member and a Chartered Environmentalist.

Outside of work, Olivier has a keen interest in international politics and is an avid sports fan.
