Lydia joined Savills in 2019 as an associate within the sustainability team in property management. She is a Practitioner Member of ISEP, with 14 years of experience delivering sustainability solutions across the real estate sector.
Lydia was promoted to associate director in 2024 and is a member of the sustainability leadership team. She supports the management and growth of Savills' ESG and sustainability service lines, helping clients embed sustainability into both corporate strategies and individual asset management plans.
Working with landlords and occupiers, Lydia helps clients to optimise environmental performance and implement effective sustainability strategies, while navigating evolving regulatory strategies.
Lydia is Savills’ ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 service line lead, delivering environmental and energy management systems for key clients. She works closely with these clients to strengthen governance, improve environmental performance, manage compliance risks, and drive sustainability outcomes.
Lydia is a mum of two energetic boys and enjoys spending quality time with her family. She loves travelling and sharing her curiosity for the world with her children, introducing them to new cultures, experiences, and perspectives.
