Erin joined Savills Glasgow property management team in January 2017 and is responsible for the management of a variety of properties for a number of clients.
Erin has several years experience in the industry, managing a variety of assets including offices, retail parks and industrial estates for a number of clients across Scotland.
Erin works closely with her clients to obtain a clear understanding of their overall asset management strategy, with the aim of delivering the highest standard of service possible.
Her role involves service charge management, promoting a strong relationship between landlord and tenant, arrears control and minimising void liability costs.
