Niall began working in commercial property management in the 1990's, since graduating in land economics from the University of Paisley.
Niall specialises in managing business space assets, including offices and business parks and retail park assets. Niall frequently advises clients on set-up and management structures for new build office developments, together with diligence advice for new acquisitions.
Niall provides valuable input into landlord business plans to include total occupational costs and impact on end value. Niall enjoys close relationships with all of his clients from property companies to large scale institutional investors based throughout the UK and abroad.
