Graeme joined Savills in 2010 as head of UK retail property management. He has been working in this sector since the 1990's.
Graeme is responsible for setting and delivering the strategy on the management of our significant retail property portfolio. He is fully supported by specialist retail property management teams in Scotland, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and London as well as supporting teams in retail marketing, commercialisation and retail insights.
Graeme is also client manager for a number of high profile clients including TH Real Estate, RDI REIT and Kennedy Wilson Europe.
Although he spends a lot of his working life in London, Graeme lives in Glasgow with his wife and two daughters who ensure he retains a thorough grounding in retail therapy.

Graeme has headed up the management of Kennedy Wilson's portfolio of shopping centres since acquisition in August 2013. His team were quick to strike up a rapport with the asset team and worked diligently on a seamless internal handover so that momentum remained on all of the various workstreams.
