Rebecca joined Savills in 2013 and has significant experience working with Prime Central London Estate portfolio clients.  

Rebecca works within the Residential Management PRS team and leads the market let Wellcome instruction comprising a portfolio of over 1,000 units and encompassing full asset and property management services to the client. Rebecca is involved in the development and implementation of portfolio strategy, asset and property management and performance analysis and for identifying and implementing refurbishment and development of property assets, enhancing both capital and rental value.
