John Dyer

John has extensive experience of providing strategic asset, property and estate management advice to clients, specialising in residential and mixed use properties.

John's primary focus is acting for The Crown Estate on their residential and mixed use portfolios, covering all aspects of property management including disposals, acquisitions, service charges, leasehold reform, sales and lettings as well as providing strategic advice for the enhancement of property assets and returns.

Recent emphasis has expanded this asset management role to a wider client base including Dorrington, Helical, and Resolution Property.

John is the current chair of the residential management Committee of the British property Federation and a panel member of Ombudsman Services.

Outside of the office, John lives in Greenwich with his family and is a keen follower of Welsh rugby and the great outdoors.
