Nigel is a residential property expert with an unbroken career in the Private Rented Sector (PRS) since 1997. He specialises in Build-to-Rent and leads the Savills PRS management team.
As part of the Savills residential management team, Nigel is responsible for the appraisal, mobilisation, operation and management of PRS and Build-to-Rent assets. He provides safe, secure and well managed homes to renters; and stable long term income streams to investors.
Nigel consults and advises on all aspects of Build-to-Rent activities; including design and layout, provision and operation of resident amenities, operational financial modelling, market offering, customer journey and recruitment and retention of outstanding on-site staff.
