Will Brown

Originally from a general practice background, Will has worked in the surveying profession since 2008 and has spent time in both private and public sectors, covering a range of disciplines.

Having joined Savills Cambridge property management in 2016, Will took over as head of department in 2022, overseeing a team that manages a wide variety of commercial property, including offices, lab buildings, leisure, retail warehousing, business & science parks; and industrial. As well as leading Savills property management science steering group, Will sits on the boards of Savills Science UK and the eastern region business development group.

Will’s day-to-day management service includes client and tenant relationship management, service charge management, statutory and regulatory compliance, data management, delivery of financials, reporting and management due diligence.
