Rich Combes

Rich began working in the property industry in 1992, having started his career in banking and has worked across the public and private sector over the last 32 years; covering estate and property managment, landlord and tenant and commercial and residential development.

Since joning Savills, Rich has led the client relationship function and property management for a large mixed regional portfolio to include statutory compliance, service charge and data management and financial reporting.

Outside of work, Rich has lived in rural Suffolk for 27 years, where he enjoys family dogs walks with his grown up family and can be found volunteering, pulling pints, in his local community pub once a month .
