James Tilley

James began working in property sector in 2023. He currently works within the commercial property management team in the Cambridge office as a graduate surveyor.

James studied business management at Sheffield University between 2018 & 2021. He moved from Sheffield to London and worked for the programmatic digital media company MiQ Digital between August 2021 & December 2022.

James embarked on his property career by joining Savills in January 2023 as an assistant property manager. He became a graduate surveyor in September 2023 and is currently studying towards a masters in real estate and his APC. In his short property career, James has managed a variety of commercial property, covering industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and student accommodation.

James enjoys motorsports and has planned to take his car on a roadtrip to the Nürburgring at the end of March 2024. He took part in the 2024 LandAid SleepOut this year on Thursday 7th March 2024 to raise money for youth homelessness.
